The Application And Value Research Of "imagery" In Modern Dance Creation

in this paper,how to form in modern dance creation "image"as the core,from the traditional Chinese aesthetic concepts,at the same time compared to western aesthetics thought understanding of the concept of "image",analyzes its similarities,trying to,on the basis of summing up predecessors' experience to guide and improve its theoretical basis,which aspects of dance creation thinking.Secondly,taking my work "silence" as an example,I analyzed how to create "image" in dance works from the aspects of dance movements,scheduling,props,costumes,lighting and so on,and made it endowed with "meaning outside the image".So that the choreographer can better explore and interpret the dance works in a deeper level.As a matter of fact,as early as in ancient China,there was a saying that "the image is set up to fulfill the meaning".The author,guided by such a traditional Chinese aesthetic concept,tries to create modern dance works in line with the Chinese aesthetic concept.He also hopes that through every step of exploration and research,he can provide reference for the future modern dance choreography and creation.
