Wenzhou in order to change the status quo of half not harmonious urbanization,improve the living environment,improve the appearance of the city and improve the standard of living of the residents,in recent years vigorously promote urban village reconstruction project,this round of urban village renovation project time is long,large scale,advance speed,but short time scale modification caused severe damage to buildings in Wenzhou city.How the historical and traditional culture of Wenzhou carried by ancient buildings continues has become the focus of attention of all walks of life in Wenzhou.Based on the current situation and problems of urban village reconstruction and ancient architecture protection in Wenzhou city,and through in-depth analysis,the author concludes that the causes of the problems are imperfect laws and policies,defects in the ancient architecture protection and management system,low degree of public participation,weak protection awareness and game among various interests.After clarifying the problems and their causes,this paper analyzes the valuable experience at domestic and overseas about the protection of ancient buildings in the reconstruction of urban villages,Combined with the actual situation in Wenzhou,the paper proposes four measures,including through to make good use of the local legislative power construction of Wenzhou urban village renovation of ancient buildings protection legal system,improve the management system of ancient buildings protection in the reconstruction of urban villages in various ways,encourage public participation in ancient buildings protection good atmosphere,increase social capital investment,introduce the market-oriented operation mechanism of ancient buildings protection in a government-led way.Try to explore a suitable for Wenzhou urban village renovation in the path of the ancient buildings protection.
