Restoration, Collation And Research Of "Song Huiyao·Food And Goods·Liquor Music Miscellaneous Lumen"

Song huiyao??????)are compilations of historical materials,recording political and economic and military aspects of the Song Dynasty.Song huiyao jigao(???????)is a draft from Song huiyao that has been copied and transcribed for several times.Therefore,it has many flaws,many mistakes,and it is hard to be used.This article is based on the restore of Song huiyao·Shihuo Lei·Jiuqu Zalu Men(????·???·??????),and studies Jiuqu Zalu Men(???????)from the aspects of text restoration and collation,historical sources and historical data values,and the system of distiller's yeast.With a view to seeing leopards and throwing bricks to attract jade,it will provide some reference for the follow-up study of Song huiyao.First of all,there are two steps in the restoration and the Collection of Jiuqu Zcalu Men:First,I start with the determination of the name and scope of the collection of Jiuqu Zalu Men and the content of the restoration.In terms of it's names and scopes,although the Song huiyao named them as Jiuqu Zalu(????)from items 19 to 21,according to the previous huiyao compilation of a certain style of headings,the Jiuqu Zalu is the real name from items 20 to 21.In terms of restoration,the author made the following four-phase adjustments:(1)Delete the content of vinegar(??),and return 3 records from the vinegar to the Jiuqu Zalu Men;(2)Adjust the order,and correct the mistakes.After restoring,I adjust the order of the articles;(3)Add omissions,like the October 1st of eleven during Chunxi;(4)Delete the title,which is add by the organizers of the Qing Dynasty..Secondly,I try to study the historical source and value of historical records of the Collection of distiller's yeast.it is also divided into two aspects:First,through contrast of huiyao which are composed from Song Dynasty and it's about the other dynasties,and combining previous studies,it is considered that it has three kinds of historical source.They are biographical history,real recoeds and calendar.The second is to take the Wanhu wine(???)as a case study to explore the value of its historical materials.First,it comprehensively included the wine administrations of the Song Dynasty;second,it can present the evolution of the wine system in the Song Dynasty;The history of wine administration is more concentrated,detailed,more original,and more comprehensive.Finally,in terms of the distiller's yeast in the song system,I selecte the Wine Store of Raising an army(????)as the entry point.I discusse it's evolution and classification in detail again.I believes that the it had developed from the Wine Store of Huiyi(????),which mainly rewarded the frontier army in the early the Northern Song Dynasty.In the eleventh years of Shaoxing(1137),it was officially established.Since then,the Ministry of Households,the Consulate General,and the army have set up the Store of Raising an army.The rise and fall of the Stores of Raising an army are more closely related to the emperor's centralization and the relationship between the Song Dynasty and the Jin Dynasty.
