| This paper aims at the dance drama creation with revolutionary historical theme in the Shanghai Dance Theatre.After sorting out its development in history,it starts from the perspective of creation foundation in the earlier stage,analyzes the creation of dance drama and dance poetic drama with three revolutionary historical themes as examples in terms of their background,characteristics and techniques,and then summarizes the style construction of the creation language presented in the Shanghai Dance Theatre's dance drama in revolutionary historical theme.The paper is composed of four parts,the first chapter focuses on the historical development of the Shanghai Dance Theatre's revolutionary historical theme creation,combining the idea of "New Shanghai Style" in the creation of Shanghai-centered dance dramas since the 1950 s with the idea put forward by Professor Yu Ping in the lately the Shanghai Dance Theatre Dance Drama Creation Seminar.Led by this concept,it is concluded that "New Shanghai-style Dance Drama" is in contrasts with "Shanghai-style Dance Drama",and solely refers to the emerging characteristics of Shanghai-style dance drama.Based on the study of historical evolution in Shanghai revolutionary historical theme dance drama in the history of Chinese modern and contemporary dance drama,the foundation of the "New Shanghai Style" built in the Shanghai Dance Theatre's dance drama creation with revolutionary historical theme is expounded thereafter.The second chapter revolves about the historical evolution of the three representative works of the Shanghai Dance Theatre on the theme of revolutionary history,"Sparkling Red Star","Red Clouds in the Sky " and "The Eternal Wave",then extracts the dominant characteristics of the beginning,development and breakthrough of the revolutionary historical theme dance drama in the Shanghai Dance Theatre from these three works,respectively,so as to explore the inner logic of its creative ideas,sum up the development traits contained in the revolutionary historical dance drama created by the Shanghai Dance Theatre indifferent periods,and reveal its aesthetic pursuit from the realization of dance drama language expression;The third chapter summarizes the structure and language construction of the Shanghai Dance Theatre's dance drama with revolutionary historical theme,discusses its creation from three aspects: dance drama structure,language form and character image,and studies the internal logic embodied in its creation ideas;The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the localization of the drama construction of the Shanghai Dance Theatre's dance drama with revolutionary historical theme,and further identifies its specific direction and "contemporary" artistic features from three aspects of drama construction,operation mode and creation mechanism,so that probe into the characteristics of contemporary Chinese dance drama creation.In closing,this paper draws the conclusion to the creative style construction of the Shanghai Dance Theatre's dance drama with revolutionary historical theme based on its evolution—— "New Shanghai Style Dance Drama",which is closely relevant to the people-oriented creative concepts.The creation path of the Shanghai Dance Theatre adheres to the "people-centered" idea as the core to maintain the integrity of national art.From an innovative viewpoint,given the creation of "New Shanghai-style Dance Drama" evokes the inner energy,it finds out the Shanghai Dance Theatre construction views on "New Shanghai Style" in dance art ——the artistic and aesthetic style from "old" to "new".The creative style of "New Shanghai-style Dance Drama" has studied the creation of the Shanghai Dance Theatre's dance drama with revolutionary historical theme from diversified "New" perspectives that focuses on the openness,innovation,sublation and pluralism of " New Shanghai-style Dance Drama". |
