On The Research And Singing Of The Vocal Suite "Frost Red Autumn White"

"Frost red autumn white" is a modern tenor vocal divertimento composed by Mr.Wu Xiaoping according to the deeds of Qu Qiubai,a great revolutionary in Chinese history.The organic combination of Bel Canto and national vocal music is a relatively rare musical work in which a set of vocal divertimento is used to perform the life of a historical revolutionary.Earlier,the first vocal divertimento in China,the song of everlasting regret,the fourth of the motherland Ji,Nanjing,1937 and other famous music works rarely feature the vocal divertimento of the great revolutionary of the Republic of China,so this work has a high value.This work contains four songs,which respectively represent Qu Qiubai’s different life stages.From this set of works,we can see how Wu Xiaoping narrates the life of a historical great man with a short and concise set of vocal divertimento.The innovation of this paper is that it is the first paper to study "frost red and autumn white",which combines the historical data of Chinese characters in detail.Each piece of work in the suite is specific to melody,rhythm,speed,form,tonality,enunciation and articulation,the use of breath,emotional expression,the singing analysis of the original singer,Shi Yijie,and my self understanding analysis of the work On the basis of the detailed analysis and research of the music score,we boldly add a lot of embellishment in the works,and boldly soften some styles of Chinese national vocal music singing in them,so that the songs have a different flavor.In terms of research methods,the interview method is adopted to get the first-hand precious materials from the close contact with the songwriters,which provides an important theoretical basis for my research,makes me more truly understand the original intention of the songwriters,and gives valuable opinions on singing.
