In the current wave of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution in the world,the strategy of strengthening the country with talents is of far-reaching and great significance in order to realize the aspiration of strong national development,national rejuvenation and national prosperity.As early as August 1994,the concept of "quality-oriented education" has been put forward.Currently,quality-oriented education is in full swing.With the changes of The Times,a variety of problems arise one after another.In view of the immature mental development of primary school students and their psychological and physiological development stage,they are not able to accept all the education methods.Therefore,in order to realize the effectiveness of primary school English teaching,it is necessary to make timely adjustments according to the teaching status and stimulate students to learn and progress through scientific and reasonable education mode.The thesis consists of five parts:The introduction introduces the research background and significance of this paper,and expounds the relevant concepts of incentive theory and relevant contents of incentive strategies.The first chapter is an analysis of the effectiveness of motivation in English teaching in primary schools.As an important way of educational guidance,motivation theory promotes the effectiveness of English learning by means of motivation and encouragement from the perspective of content,process and behavior reform.The use of encouragement in primary school English teaching can improve the confidence of pupils,shape a sound personality,constantly broaden their logical thinking,gradually form their own personality with the help of English teachers,and strengthen their learning ability to promote comprehensive development.With the continuous innovation of education theory,incentive theory,as an important way of education,plays a role in various fields.For the group of primary school students,it can increase their confidence and cultivate their ability by means of encouragement,so as to achieve twice the result with half the effort.In the second chapter,the problems and analysis of the effectiveness of teaching motivation in English teaching in primary schools,the students' learning ability and knowledge acquisition cannot be separated from the teacher's encouragement and guidance,and their own knowledge can be formed through their own internalization.In primary school students to complete the internalization of learning,emotional factors play an important role.The new curriculum reform puts forward the curriculum goal of "paying attention to knowledge" to "paying attention to students".Therefore,the task of teachers is to improve students' emotion and interest in class.At this time,the help of incentive strategies is needed to not only enrich the educational concepts and methods of English teaching in primary schools.The third chapter is the effective countermeasures of teaching motivation in English teaching in primary schools.This paper expounds the theoretical basis and specific incentive classification measures through the overview of incentive theory,and carries out the research on the effectiveness of incentives in English education in primary school according to the research status of incentive strategies at home and abroad.By digging out the problems in the current teaching motivation in primary school,digging out the causes of the existing problems,looking for ways and measures to stimulate and maintain the students' learning in motivation,and using the teaching methods in the commonly used motivation strategies to improve the teaching efficiency.This paper holds that the implementation of motivation education model in English teaching in primary schools can correct students' attitude and cultivate their will and confidence in learning by strengthening the way of education.At the same time,it can help students to determine and complete the learning objectives of English.Teachers can develop a harmonious relationship with students through good foreign language teaching environment.With the help of learning effect,play the role of incentive feedback.Practice shows that stimulating education can improve the effect of English teaching,arouse students' learning interest and thinking,and continuously improve the learning effect and teaching efficiency.The conclusion summarizes the whole paper.
