Research On "National Tide" Design Culture Based On Traditional Craftsmanship

Although “Chinese trend” is a Chinese phrase that produced in recent year,the cultural phenomenon of “Chinese trend” emerged for the past few years is virtually the deep manifestation of national cultural confidence.Various products and artwork produced and manufactured with traditional process throughout the Chinese history enjoy world-wide reputation,such as,the well-known sick,ceramics and Chinese lacquer ware,which are the high quality “Chinese trend” products produced with traditional process under the background of that time.Since ancient times,“Chinese trend” design has been one part with the most expressive force among the “Chinese trend” culture.Nowadays,“Chinese trend” design products become richer and richer,and “Chinese trend” culture becomes more and more diversified.Therefore,a lot of questions need to be studied and discussed.Through conclusion and analysis on a great deal of investigation information,this text raises questions,designs “Chinese trend” products with traditional process,makes conclusions by design practice,and demonstrates the research meaning of “Chinese trend”design culture based on traditional process.This text consists of four parts.The first part gives detailed discussion about the topic's background,reason to choose such topic,research method,difficulties and key points.The second part sorts out the manifestation of “Chinese trend” culture with information and puts forward the individual points of view through analysis on foreign and domestic cases.The third part has discussed the necessity and sustainability of “Chinese trend”design with traditional process on the basis of the previous content.The four part,taking“Chinese trend” as design theme,has researched the “Chinese trend” design with traditional process through design practice,and recorded the practice process for demonstration.This text studies the problems exist in the “Chinese trend” design culture,along with the problems exist in the traditional process.Looking into “Chinese trend” design to carry out research on “Chinese trend” culture from the perspective of traditional process is a new angle,which is of great significance for both traditional process and “Chinese trend”culture.
