With the development of the Times,China's rapid development of sports,the major competitions to achieve excellent results in the world has had an important impact.With the improvement of the people's living standard,the consciousness of the healthy life of the whole People's sports is deeply rooted in people's mind,and the spread of sports culture is especially important.The spread of folk sports culture needs the support of sports task.This work is based on folk sports,based on the humanities,through the exhibition of the private little man Mr.Song Shijun's mental process of practicing Taijiquan to start,to explore the influence and importance of the inheritance and development of sports events in a single social individual among the people,through the analysis of the living conditions of Mr.Song,a small folk figure,more three-dimensional show Mr.Song Shijun Taijiquan mind course,to explore the documentary which reflects the humanistic care.As a cultural phenomenon,sports culture plays an important role in people's life and development.In order to better spread sports culture,transmit sports spirit,and let more people participate in sports,appreciate the unique charm contained in sports culture,this paper expounds and analyzes the film from five aspects,such as the selection of the subject,the creation theory of sports biographic documentary,the practice and application of film and Television Technology,the interpretation of the content of the film and the explanation and analysis of the creation of the film.
