Fan Kuan's Landscape Painting Style In The Northern Song Dynasty Used In His Sketching And Creation

Shanshui painting in Song Dynasty is an immortal monument in the history of painting,and Fan kuan is the best of the northern shanshui painters.Different from the small scenery in the south of the Yangtze River,Fan kuan regards mountains and rivers as the expression form of his shanshui painting,which is perfect in composition,painting and artistic conception.Since ancient times,he has learned a lot of followers.Based on the background of Fan kuan‘s shanshui painting and the relationship between Fan kuan and his teachers,this paper analyzes the composition,brushwork and ink method of “Xi Shan travel map”and “snowscape and cold forest map” to explore his understanding of the creative elements of Fan kuan‘s shanshui painting.Then,combined with Yandang Mountain sketching,"learning from the outside,learning from the heart",and dialogue with nature,collecting materials from sketching to absorb creative inspiration.Finally,in the creation of Fan kuan’s shanshui painting techniques,according to his own sketching experience,into personal feelings,to explore the concept and significance of his works.Finally,it discusses the reference significance of traditional theories and techniques for the present.In learning,it is necessary to strengthen its knowledge structure and highlight the significance of the present era,so that the works respect the tradition and are closely related to the times.In the attitude to nature,we should be close to nature,revere nature,establish a good relationship with nature,and draw nutrition from nature.
