Research On The Music Publication "Yueyi" Of Shanghai National Music Academy

"Music Art" is a music publication edited and published by the "music art society" of Shanghai National Conservatory of music in the early 1930 s.It is a quarterly magazine,which is edited by the Qing Zhu.It is published once every three months,with a total of six issues.Although "Music Art" only published six issues,it was rich in content,academic and high in quality.Its exquisite binding and exquisite printing were rare in other music publications at that time.As a carrier of recording history,a medium of disseminating scientific information,a window of learning music knowledge and a platform of music communication,it has become an important historical material for studying the development of Chinese modern music.In this paper,the Republic of China Music Journal "Music Art" as the research object,around it to do a comprehensive in-depth study.The main contents include: the first chapter,An overview of the development of Chinese music journals before the founding of new China.This paper introduces the development of Music Periodicals in the first half of the 20 th century,clarifies the historical orientation of "Music Art",combs its relations and similarities and differences with other Music Periodicals at that time,and then describes the historical necessity of its birth;The second chapter is the author of "Music Art".We should deeply explore the founding groups and contributors who promote the development of "Music Art",and sort out their contributions to "Music Art" in different degrees;The third chapter is the content introduction of "Music Art".This paper analyzes the instrumental works,song works,music theory and music information involved in "Music Art" one by one,and summarizes the artistic characteristics of music works and the value of music theory and music information;The fourth chapter is the historical value and significance of "Music Art".This paper analyzes the historical value and significance of "Music Art" to the construction of Chinese music theory,music education practice and music culture communication.As an academic comprehensive Music Journal of Shanghai National Conservatory of music,"Music Art" has made a great contribution to the development of Chinese music history.Although it was forced to stop publication due to social objective factors,the precious historical information it left is worth us to dig deeply from all angles.
