Research On The Management Of Religious Affairs In Yunnan Province

Yunnan is a frontier province with a wide range of religions,which is characterized by diversity,nationality,international and complexity of religion.Religious affairs are an important part of social governance in Yunnan.Optimizing the management of religious affairs,promoting religious harmony in norm,playing positive energy of religion,is the inevitable requirement of consolidating the party's governing foundation,is also necessary to maintain unity and stability and national security,is also very significant for the construction of Yunnan as China's national unity and progress demonstration area.For a long time,Yunnan conscientiously implement the party and the country's religious work principles,policies,laws and regulations,religious affairs management has achieved remarkable results.But in recent years,with the development of society and the deepening of opening to the outside world,many new problems have emerged in the field of religion.This paper focuses on the problems of management of religious affairs in Yunnan,such as the problems of places for religious activities,religious groups,religious education,and other issues,basing on t analyzing the management factors,defining the category of management,researching on comprehensive utilization of new public service,public policy,information management,performance management etc.public management theory and technology,to analyze the reasons from the aspects of understanding,system,mechanism of rule of law,information management,management methods,to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.First of all,should adhere to the direction of Chinese,separation of church and state and the correct guidance of management principles.Secondly,should construct the management mode of Yunnan religious affairs system,including the establishment of the mode of registration,filing,identification and punishment of education and training,the establishment of the rule of law,standardization,informatization,socialization,classification,and the management performance evaluation system.Thirdly,should explore new ideas to optimize the management of religious affairs,a correct view of Marx's party in religious management advantages and challenges,to guide religious with history and dialectical thinking,to promote religious tolerance with harmonious cultural self-confidence.The purpose of this study is to seek a solution to the problem from the perspective of public management,and long-term mechanism to promote the religious field in accordance with the law and order,to provide reference for the management of religious affairs in Yunnan.
