Researching On ?Act On Religious Affairs?

Study on the "Act on Religious Affairs"(hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations")on issues related to structure and style,on the one hand can make the old laws and regulations unchanged for many years more to adapt to the new situation of the development of the times and the religious culture,the "religious activities approval","religious places legal system of continuous improvement" and "religious property" etc.the content in the specific environment of more targeted,practicality and maneuverability;on the other hand,the lack of legal regulations,and constantly enrich and improve the theoretical system of the regulations on religious affairs,and thus lay the foundation for the creation of ethnic and religious law in china.The first part of this article mainly introduces the legal regulation of ethnic religious conflict in China.First,it simply carries out religion in the history of the development of laws and regulations related to ethnic religions in China.Subsequently,the specific manifestations of the current ethnic religious conflicts in China are analyzed.Finally,the regulations and suggestions for this regulation are made.The second part of this article mainly selects the relevant regulations of religious activities in the regulations,and further discusses the actual harm of illegal religious activities,and takes Guangzhou Islamic temporary liturgy as the breakthrough point.At the end of the paper,the suggestions for the improvement of the places of religious activities in the regulations are put forward.The third part of this paper mainly discusses the legal regulation of religious activities,focuses on the importance of legal regulation of religious activities,defines the related types of religious activities and how to improve them in the regulations.The fourth part of this article mainly expounds the style and structure improvement of the regulations,and makes a comprehensive analysis of other specific problems in the regulations,and puts forward relevant suggestions for improvement.With regard to the analysis of problems in "Act on Religious Affairs",this paper can not give an authoritative and convincing paradigm,and even has many shortcomings in legal argumentation.However,the establishment and improvement of law is largely a forced mechanism,that is,the need for realistic development.This article is also a question of the regulations on religious affairs.We should make bold analysis and demonstration,dare to try and innovate,do some practice and discussion that is beneficial to social development,and make efforts for the rule of law of ethnic religions in China.
