With the continued development of the Chinese economy and the steady progress of the "One Belt and One Road" policy, the trend of integration of the world's commercial landscape is increasingly clear. While a large number of international companies have emerged in China, more and more Chinese companies have gone abroad to set up corporate entities to conduct business abroad. There are also Chinese-funded enterprises such as Alibaba and Sina who have gone to the United States to list on the New York Stock Exchange. In an internationally integrated business operation model, this is both an opportunity and a challenge. They face unprecedented regulatory and compliance risks. For multinational companies, they must first comply with business ethics and operate in accordance with honest and transparent business rules. However,in recent years, the China Administration for Industry and Commerce has imposed huge penalties on GSK's commercial bribery cases. There are also large-scale investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the US Department of Justice against bribery of overseas officials by JPMorgan Chase and Siemens. The commercial corruption of these multinational corporations is contrary to the public's moral expectations and erode the public's confidence in the fairness of the free market system. As Confucius said," The country will collapse if the people have not trust in it"Thus, integrity and compliance, has always been a foothold in China's individuals, organizations and countries. This article is discussed under commercial law and based on important domestic and international laws governing commercial bribery bills, combined with a large number of real cases. It aims to study and discuss the risks of commercial corruption faced by multinational corporations in international operations and how to manage internal multinational corporations based on the concept of business integrity.Establish an effective anti-corruption compliance system.Corruption and bribery crimes under criminal law are not included in this article. This article is divided into four parts. The first part starts with the analysis of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission's data on overseas bribery enforcement in the past decade and the hot cases involving China, and describes the status and trends of international commercial corruption compliance risks faced by multinational corporations; Some of the major laws and major articles in the field of domestic and foreign anti-bribery are analyzed and related concepts are elaborated. In the third part, the importance of corporate compliance and the urgency of transnational corporations to establish an effective anti-corruption compliance system are discussed. Finally, the fourth part discusses how multinational corporations integrate ethical and honest business concepts into the company's globalization strategy, establish what kind of effective compliance systems within the company to reduce legal risks, form a benign compliance ecosystem, and promote the continuous financial performance of the company.
