This article is trying to concentrate on the topic of"how to establish the anti-corruption legal system in China?"As a hot topic in China's law field, there have been so many answers and opinions by legal professionals and other concerning people in the country. And this article is obviously one of the answers. As one of the so many solutions to the problem, this article features in the perspective in which we are trying to find a solution by starting digging out how does the most developed country-the United States tackle with the corruption problem in their legal system. And from this point we inevitably come to the famous'Foreign Corrupt Practices Act'(FCPA) in the second part of this article. In this part, we will put emphasis on FCPA's Anti-bribery provisions and Books and records provisions. The globalization of the world economy make corruption a worldwide problem, and countries who want to play fair on the world playing field must make sure that they are all regulated by same standard of law, so as to the problem of corruption. The third part of this article will comment on the legal system models that'the United Nations Convention against Corruption'has established under its articles, which also as a part of the international obligations of its member countries. And this leads to the last part of the essay that how should China tackle the corruption problem while facing the serious reality of corruption and the obligation as a member state of'the United Nations Convention against Corruption'.
