Network game live as the one of the important approaches in the form of a variety of network information transmission,the users have multiplied over several years,has gradually become important network medium system of modern network environment.Live contained in the process of interest chain affects from games to network game live platform to the audience,host of the interests of all parties,the relatively recent famous "case" selectively introducing social attention from all walks of life for the first time the games live online copyright protection problem discussion,and also reflects our country some of the problems in network games live work protection.Therefore,this paper,taking "bettas case" as the clue,from network game,games,pictures,live images of concepts such as the perspective of legal connotation,and through the originality,replication and intellectual achievements three elements analysis network game live images belongs to the work.Because the copyright law of our country does not have the relevant regulations on the game network broadcast,but the judicial standard of the judge is different in practice,and various decisions have been made in this kind of case.So on the analysis of present situation in our country and draw lessons from foreign relatively mature experience,on the basis of the network media into the definition of broadcasting organizations,at the same time "broadcasting" will extend that covers the route of transmission,the Internet and network games live images into the scope of copyright protection.
