Research And Analysis Of Xi Jinping's Thoughts On The Rule Of Law

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping uses the world view and methodology of Marxism,and summarizes the foreign excellent experiences of the rule of law,and combines with the Chinese reality of the rule of law.Aims at various problems in the process of socialism with Chinese characteristics,He puts forward a series of new thoughts,new ideas,new ideas,that are suitable for China's construction,forming the thought of Xi Jinping's rule of law.It has the guiding role of comprehensively building a well-off society,deepening reform and opening up in an all-round way,comprehensively promoting governing the country according to law and strictly administering the party,The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards "comprehensively promoting the administration of the country according to law" as an important task in advancing political system reform and make important arrangements for "accelerating the building of a socialist country ruled by law." In particular,madding overall institutional arrangement for the construction of a rule of law in China through the "Decision on Some vital problems of Ruling the Country by Law that is made by the CPC(hereinafter referred to as the "decision").In the 4th Plenary Session which is of the 18 th CPC Central Committee.Marking the Chinese rule of law construction enter a new historical stage.At the 19 th CPC National Congress,"Adhering to the rule of law in an all-round way "is determined as one of the basic strategies for the new era to adhere to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics.which is the basic principle to fully implement the rule of law in the new era.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the rule of law.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the thought of Xi Jinping's rule of law.This paper takes the thought of Xi Jinping's rule of law as the research object,which consists of five parts.The first part arranges and analyzes the theoretical origin,the background and the formation of the thought of Xi Jinping's rule of law.The second part expounds the main content of the thought of Xi Jinping's rule of law.The third part summarizes the main characteristics of the thought of Xi Jinping's rule of law.The fourth part mainly introduces the significance and strategic position of the thought of Xi Jinping's rule oflaw.The conclusion part is a summary and analysis of the research in this paper.
