A Preliminary Study Of Xi Jinping's Thought Of The Rule Of Law

With economic globalization,legal globalization has also become a trend.The essence of China's socialist market economy is the rule of law economy.Building a socialist country under the rule of law is an inevitable requirement of economic development.Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law absorbs the essence of Chinese traditional legal culture and integrates the western concept of rule of law into China's concrete practice,puts the people in the core position,puts forward the road of adhering to the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics and building a socialist system of rule of law,which has important theoretical and practical value.This article has consulted a large number of documents and materials,including books,newspapers,periodicals,network and other sources.In combination with historical facts,papers and news reports,with the guidance of Marx doctrine theory and method,the differences and similarities of rule of law ideas between the leaders of several generations of the party and the state and the difference between the ways and means of treatment of the East and the West are analyzed and compared.On the basis of the theory and practice of Xi Jinping's rule of law,this paper analyzes and summarizes the relationship between Xi Jinping's rule of law thought and the theoretical results of the Chinese theory of the rule of law of Marx,and explains that Xi Jinping's rule of law is the latest theoretical result of the Sinicization of Marx's rule of law.The analysis and study of Xi Jinping's rule of law will help us better understand the new ideas and ideas of the construction of the rule of law in China in the new period,grasp the internal relations between the construction of the rule of law and other aspects of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and steadily promote the rule of law to provide a powerful support for the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese people.
