"Corporate politics" is a concept used to describe the relationship between politics and economy, state and company in modern countries. The so-called corporate politics is the phenomenon of cooperation between the company and the country, mutual imitating and even integration. The traditional political science viewpoint holds that the company originally belongs to the economic field outside the political field.Under the modern free market economic conditions,it should be regulated by political means. However,if corporate power infiltrates the political sphere and integrates with political power,it means that political power is captured by the company, and thus politics loses its regulatory function and becomes a tool for profit-making of specific interest groups. This is corporate politics. When corporate politics completely controls the state, the country becomes the company's "operator," and politicians become agents of the company. The phenomenon of corporate politics is more or less widespread in Western democracies. As the representative superpower of the West, the United States has typical corporate political phenomena.Although democratic politics is the foundation of the United States, corporate politics continues to expand with the great development of the United States. In the course of the gradual development of the United States into a superpower, the link between corporate power and state power has become increasingly close. The company has spanned economic field and achieved great power in the political field. The power of the company is everywhere. To some extent,it can be said that corporate politics has changed the United States' initial state-building concept and system construction.American corporate politics is a reflection of modern economic and political changes at the democratic system level. With the expansion of modern economy and political power, competition in all fields has become increasingly fierce, and the pursuit of efficiency and practical interest has exerted severe pressure on the democratic politics in the United States. In order to win the competition, the company and the country imitate each other and spontaneously go into cooperation until they become a community. The emergence of American corporate politics lies in the highly concentrated modern economic forces.Economic forces have sufficient strength to influence political power;the operation lies in the loopholes of representativedemocracy in the United States, and the equal mechanism of competition checks and balances is overrun. Not only has the political order been difficult to leave the company, the public has also acknowledged that the company's power is indispensable. In unconscious situation,an overwhelming force has already formed. This kind of corporate politics shows the characteristics of self-interest rather than public interest, efficiency rather than legality, concentration rather than decentralization, singleness rather than diversity. From domestic politics to international politics, from political reality to political culture, the reconstruction of American politics by corporate politics further explains the changes in the nature of corporate democracy in the United States.Citizen participation is reduced, elites are separated from the general public, and democratic elections show certain maneuverability and performance. The democratic elections are shown to be manipulative that more like a power game between elites. Now that Trump, populist,is the result of the democratic predicament of the United States, voters and politicians have no choice but to move towards the "conservative economy of popular politics." This cannot be separated from the role of corporate politics. This article attempts to analyze how corporate politics leads to the dilemma of democracy in the United States from the perspective of "corporate politics," and how the political system of the United States can contribute to corporate politics, and how the development prospects of U.S.democracy will be.
