The Arab-Israeli conflict has always been one of the focal points of the Middle East conflicts,and the Palestine issue is the central issue of the Arab-Israeli conflict.As a regional power in the Middle East,Saudi Arabia's Islamic attribute and a strong sense of regional powers provide subjective and objective conditions for it to intervene in the Palestinian issue on its own,which makes the patterns of Middle East international relations more complicated.At the same time,Saudi Arabia's policy about the Palestine issue is not static,because As the internal and external environment of Saudi Arabia are constantly changing.Exploring Saudi policy evolution on the Palestinian issue can reflect the trend of Saudi diplomacy,also can provide a good reference case for the study of Saudi Arabian environment in different periods.This article reviews the Saudi policy on Palestine issue(1935-1975),and is divided into two periods based on the King Faisal came to power in 1964.This essay discusses the Saudi Arabian policy on Palestine issue in different periods.Summarizing its characteristics and focusing on the domestic and external factors that influence the Saudi Arabian diplomacy to the Palestinian issue.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is literature review.The second part briefly introduces the origin and development of the Palestine issue,as well as the development process and influencing factors of Saudi foreign policy.The third part deals with the evolution of the Saudi policy on Palestine in the period of king Abdul-aziz and his son Saudi king.Mainly elaborating the Saudi intervention on the Palestinian question,the negotiation between Saudi Arabia and western countries about the Palestinian issue,Saudi attitude about the Palestinian issue in the United Nations,and Saudi Arabia country policy on the Palestinian question.It shows that in this period,in view of the changes in the environment at home and abroad,while supporting the Palestinian issue,there is a tendency of compromise and limited influence.The fourth part discusses the evolution of Saudi Arabia's policy towards Palestine in the period of king Faisal.This is mainly about the Saudi attitude towards the Palestinian issue,the use of Saudi oil weapons and the Saudi attitude towards the question of Palestine at the Arab summit.It shows that with the increase of the comprehensive national strength of Saudi Arabia,the intervention of the Palestinian issue is becoming more and more active and influential.The fifth part analyzes the influence factors of Saudi Arabia's policy on Palestine issue.based on religion,national strength,the external environment and country interests.Illustrating that the Islamic attributes are inseparable,at the same time,the change of national strength and the change of external environment make the Saudi constantly adjusts its foreign policy in order to get the biggest national interests,and improve their influence in the region and the international arena;The sixth part,the conclusion.To summarize the policy characteristics and influence factors of Saudi Arabia on Palestine in different periods.
