Research On The Rationality And System Perfection Of Environmental Public Interest Litigation Initiated By Procuratorial Organs

With the rapid growth of China's national economy,the environmental pollution problem has been growing with increasing economic growth,and environmental and resource protection issues have been paid more and more attention.In practice,environmental infringement cases are increasing,environmental violations can not be effectively stopped,and the protection of environmental public interests cannot be obtained through judicial channels.At present,China has given the procuratorial organ the right to bring the environmental public interest litigation in the form of law,which provides legal guarantee for procuratorial organs to bring public interest litigation.The author from the theoretical basis of environmental public interest litigation,the procuratorial organs filed environment public interest litigation on the basis of the analysis of the necessity and feasibility,the advantage of the key research of the environmental public interest litigation brought by the procuratorates and possible problems,in order to China's procuratorial organs filed the environmental public interest litigation system gradually improve.
