As an increasingly common political activity in China's political life,publicity has gradually attracted the attention of various parties.Although the publicity activity at this stage has not formed a formal system,it has already been institutionalized,systematic,and professional.Whether after important conferences at all levels or after major policies,policies,and laws have been introduced,including advanced deeds that need to be disseminated,there will be presentations.As a political phenomenon that is gradually known,the publicity activity has its long history,namely the ancient Chinese missionary system.However,unlike the contemporary publicity activities,the traditional sense of the missionary system is mostly ideological and ethical.It is intended to promote compliance and education through different subjects and forms to obey the rulers and consolidate existing politics.Rule,therefore,is often given the meaning of ideological management,manufacturing identity,establishing the legitimacy of the rule or cultural hegemony.In the traditional process of safeguarding the legitimacy of the legitimacy,the missionary activities mainly played the role of legal propaganda,holy-minded propaganda,and New Deal classes.Since the founding of New China,the publicity activity has also played an important role as an important way of political mobilization and revolutionary education.Different from these traditional publicity activities,contemporary publicity activities should be understood as a kind of governance that adapts to the needs of China's national governance.China's top-down governance model determines that the policies formulated by the central government are highly abstract and ambiguous,and that they need to be constantly interpreted and explained in the process of policy implementation.At the same time,the top-down policy development process also determines that in the process of policy implementation,it is necessary to disseminate policy ideas and construct policy recognition to the society in order to facilitate the implementation of the policies.Through analysis and collation of relevant literature data,it can be found that contemporary publicity activities can be broadly divided into three categories:theoretical publicity,policy publicity,and publicity,which correspond to the functions of political program interpretation,policy deployment,mobilization,and problem-based awareness of publicity activities.Of course,there are also certain constraints on the success of the publicity campaign in achieving its goals.In practice,necessary attention must be given.
