Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Party Building Work In The Village-to-residential Community

Since the 1990 s,the process of urbanization in our country has been accelerating,and the village relocation work has gradually entered the stage of history,and rural areas have begun to become involved in the tide of urbanization.The transformation of villages is a new type of community model developed in the process of urbanization.Village relocation communities are different from ordinary administrative villages and pure urban communities.They are the “quasi-urban communities” that transition from rural areas to urban communities.The change of the villagers' committee,a grassroots self-government organization,to a community residents committee can be said to be a reorganization and regularization after breaking the previous community of life.In the process of promoting urbanization with full force,the transformation of the village into a community-based party organization plays an irreplaceable role.Village transformation Community Basic Party organization is the basis for the party's work in the community at the grassroots level,is the core of the leadership of the community group organization,social organizations and other institutions,and is the organizer,implementer,and participant who leads the construction of the village's reformed community.The process depends heavily on the extent to which the party organizations in the community play a role.In the new era,only continuous reforms and innovations can better play the role of the party organizations in the community and provide a strong organizational guarantee for urbanization.This article is based on case studies and literature research methods.In the third chapter,we described the organizational responsibilities of the villages in the relocation community of Jinyunhu Subdistrict Village in Changqing District of Jinan City.Organize the battle fortress and continuously improve the party building vigor and other advanced experience of the village change community.In the fourth chapter,the author analyzes the issues such as the single party organization,the deviation of party building awareness,the ability of the cadre's ability to meet the needs of the community,the unbalanced construction of the party members,and the lack of effective guarantee for the party building in the community.In Chapter 5,the causes of the existing problems are analyzed from three aspects: organizational factors,economic factors,and social factors.There are lack of planning for party organizations,unclear positioning of party organization functions,unreasonable age structure of party members and cadres,and capital input from grassroots party organizations.Shortages,lack of sources of income for the village-relocated communities,continued weakening of social trust,reciprocal norm of old and new communities,and insufficient closeness of neighborhood relations.In the sixth chapter,the of the village reforming community development,and strengthens the party organization construction by improving the organizational setup of the village rehousing community,guaranteeing the operation funds of the community party organizations,and improving the party organization work system;The village reorganized community organization of the party organizations,proper placement of resident life,to stimulate the vitality of community party building to improve the service capacity of community party organizations;through the training of young cadres,strengthening the education and management of party members,strict management assessment system to build a high-quality party members and cadres.At the same time,the article explores the problems and countermeasures of party building work in villages relocated to communities through the introduction of social capital theory,which is conducive to promoting the reform of party building work in China's villages to the community,whether it is enriching China's social capital theory or improving the village's reform.The construction of community grassroots parties is of great significance.
