Research On The Construction Of The Party Organization At The The Village Neighborhood Community

Village neighborhood community is a special phenomenon in the process of urbanization.It's also a transition stage that the government changes rural community to urban community through administrative power.The village neighborhood community embodies both the characteristics of the rural community and the urban community.The original model of rural community party organization construction could not fully guaranteed the grass-roots party organizations to play a leadership role as the core and be the fighting fort in the construction of the village neighborhood community any more.Therefore,according to the village neighborhood community's characteristics,exploring the new construction mode of grass-roots party organization,through the new mode to promote village neighborhood community development,is an important issue in the process of urbanization.In this paper,I analyzed the theory of village neighborhood community construction and the theory of grass-roots party building:compared and summarized the difference between the rural community?the urban community and the village neighborhood community;combed the construction theory of the communist party of China,especially the grass-roots party organization.Then,the theoretical foundation and basic idea of this study has been established.After basic idea's establishment,I took the Friendship Community in Tianmen as the representative unit to suvery.With the method of questionnaire survey and structured interview,we chose the "party members and the masses" to be the object of the survey,and dissect the mode of grass-roots party organization construction of the Friendship Community in Tianmen.Through the survey,I found that the Friendship Community in Tianmen pays great attention to adjust the direction of community party building in a timely manner,and has a clear division of organization in the process of changing into the village neighborhood community.Strengthening the constructions and organizing activities to expand a mass base,emphasis the ideology construction and the attitude construction to improve the party member's troop vigor,carry forward the democratic supervision to promote scientific decision-making.But,through the survey,I also found that the FriendshipCommunity's party construction mode also exists some problems in the process of implementing:the ideology of the party member needs to improve,the construction of the party organization system needs to be perfect,the party's position needs to develop and the party organization's activities need to be richer.On this basis,combined with the theory of the party building and the spirit of The Eighteen,this paper argues that to strengthen the grass-roots party organization's construction of the village neighborhood community,the first thing we should do is to clear the direction of the party,by strengthening the construction of the party members,especially the leader of the members to guarantee the talents for the grass-roots party construction in the community,by strengthening the system construction to ensure a long-term development of the work,by closing the relationship between party members and the mass to full play the biggest political advantage of organization.
