In addition to the introduction,this article is divided into three parts:Chapter one:the present situation and dilemma of procuratorial supervision of false litigation.In order to more targeted to expand research,first through the concept discussion of false litigation,reveals the essence of illegality of false litigation and serious social harm,combined with case analysis of common type of display false action.By using statistical analysis and comparative analysis research method and other research methods,on the current situation of the procuratorial supervision of false litigation are analyzed,including the general situation of Jiangsu Province,the procuratorial organs and judicial practice of the representative of the false litigation procuratorial supervision mode,supervision and procuratorial organs of the base layer of innovative initiatives,finally pointed out that many the problems and difficulties existing in false litigation procuratorial supervision.The second chapter is about the ways,advantages and values of procuratorial supervision on false prosecution.This part first combed the local regulations,civil law,criminal law provisions of false litigation,supervision and prosecution approach.In the prevention of false litigation process,procuratorial supervision has a unique advantage,because in the court,the public security organs of the limited means,and the victim is not only contrary way is limited,procuratorial organs supervision means rich,also has the characteristics of diversified channels,and finally summed up the value of false litigation procuratorial supervision is reflected in the maintenance of the normal order of civil in litigation,the protection of public interests,but also in the maintenance of judicial authority and credibility.The third chapter,comparative investigation and perfection of procuratorial supervision of false litigation.It is the starting point and end point of this study to explore and find a better way to supervise the false lawsuit by the procuratorial organ."Outside the box,so through the study of different countries the prosecution involved in the design of the system to control the false litigation,civil litigation and supervision of procuratorial organs in our country history,learn the useful experience from it,combined with the new civil procedure law and the civil procuratorial supervision rules of the real application of civil procuratorial supervision after the implementation,from strengthening the rational use and investigation the right of the cooperation,expand the supervision effect and so on,put forward to strengthen the procuratorial supervision of false suggestions.
