Public trust as an important content in the trust system,the first in the UK was established,and then are widely used in other countries.System of public trust in these countries,the development of public welfare undertakings and social public interests protection has a huge role.On October 1,2001,the trust law of the People's Republic of China officially issued and implemented,the law provides for some the basic system of public trust and principles,marked the public trust system in China formally established.But the regulation of our country existing about to set up the system of public trust is not perfect,there are many unclear,unreasonable place,cause,since our country promulgated the trust law in practice to carry out public welfare activities by setting up public trust case few and far between,on the establishment and development of public trust in our country caused great obstacles.So this article plans to set up public trust problems in China related research analysis.First of all,this article detailed introduces the concept of public trust system and its essential attribute,the public trust and the foundation,has carried on the analysis and comparison,the difference between a commercial trust in order to clear the concept of public trust.Based on the comparative analysis of the British and American and other countries outside of the public trust system,for the next study and solve the problem of existing public trust set up seeking the beneficial reference.Secondly,this paper introduces and organize the charitable trusts that are part of the legislation and practice of the current situation in our country,and based on this analysis,and summarizes the related problems of our country to set up the system of public trust,for the next targeted specific analysis problems of the establishment of public trust in our country,and puts forward proposals for perfecting the legislation and practice basis.Finally,according to the proposed to set up the specific problems of the public trust in our country,the detailed analysis of these problems.Is mainly to research and analyze two problems,one is in the purpose of the establishment of public trust in our country and the existing problems on the way,the other one is in the registration of establishment of public trust in our country and the competent authority on the existing problems,and on the basis of this puts forward proposals for perfecting.In order to solve the public trust to set up the system of the existing problems in our country,finally on the establishment and development of public trust system in our country play a positive role.
