Research On The Legal System Of Natural Tourism Resources Protection In Laos

In today's society,tourism is an important part of the economic development of many countries.The same is true of Laos as a close neighbor of China.In recent years,the tourism industry in Laos has developed rapidly and attracted many tourist enthusiasts at home and abroad.However,the development of tourism has also caused the natural tourism resources of Laos to suffer unprecedented pollution and destruction.At present,Laos tourism resources related laws and regulations are increasingly insufficient in promoting the protection and development of tourism resources.Establishing and improving Laos' s laws and regulations aimed at protecting natural tourism resources has become a top priority.The tourist resources of Laos are quite rich.In recent years,Laos has gradually realized the importance of protecting tourism resources,but because of various reasons,the phenomenon of destroying natural tourism resources still exists.At present,although Laos has established a Ministry of tourism resources protection laws and regulations,but with the rapid development of the tourism industry,especially in recent years the tourism boom,the existence of the legal system of protection of natural tourism resources problems have become increasingly prominent,such as the basic provisions of the basic law on the lack of tourism policies and the protection of tourism resources development that special legislation for the environmental protection of tourism resources is too small,confused with resource ownership,management rights and management rights and so on,has seriously affected the effective protection of the natural tourist resources.This article launches the research in view of the current situation of the legal system of tourism resources in Laos for the conservation of nature,summed up the existing legal system to protect the natural resources of tourism in Lao's problems,and combining with the developed countries in the field of achievements and experience,proposes some solutions and measures.This article is divided into four parts.First,Laotian natural tourism resources protection jurisprudential analysis.It summarizes the meaning,characteristics and theoretical basis,basic principles and core ideas of Laos natural tourism resources protection law.Second,summarize the legal system of the protection of natural tourismresources in Laos,and analyze the existing problems.Third,summarize the protection of natural tourism resources legal system Chinese,America,Australia and practice implications;fourth,according to the existing legal system of protection of the natural tourism resources in Laos,and according to the practice of Enlightenment of the relevant countries,put forward to perfect the Lao natural tourism resources protection legal system suggestion.As a neighbor of China,the protection of natural tourism resources in Laos is less concerned in the academic world,but it has to be said that it is a very critical issue.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the legal issues of natural tourism resources in Laos.
