Tourism Resources Development And Protection Of Legal Thinking

Tourism resource is one of the most important lifeline of tourism industry. As tourism resource is difficult to recycle or non-renewable, how to protect tourism resource has become a long-term work and mission. With the continuous development of tourism economy, especially in the short-driven, all tour operators quick success of blind development and construction activities would not only lead to destruction and degradation of tourism resources , but also lead to imbalance of ecological systems and environmental quality deterioration. Nevertheless, the existing laws and regulations in the protection of tourism resources is weak, there are many deficiencies and gaps.In this paper, from ethnic minority areas perspective, it were divided into four parts on the legal measures to protect tourism resource to be discussed.The first part describes the tourism Introduction. This section starting from the concept of tourism resource,what is the characteristics of tourism resource and tourism resource types. Then, introduced the basic situation in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan,natural tourism resource, folklore tourism resource and cultural tourism resource.The second part of the system introduces the development of tourism and protection of the law. Including the content of tourism resource, the development of international law and domestic law to protect the protection of tourism resource. In the end to clarify the relationship between development and legal protection, raises the importance of legal protection.The third part detailed description the tourism resources development and existing problems of ethnic minority areas in Yunnan .And also introduced the legal protection of tourism resources in Yunnan on the current situation. Leads to the fourth part of the paper.The fourth part was the proposition development and protection of tourism resources in Yunnan Province's legal response. Putting forward my own views in improving Yunnan Tourism resources legal protection system, which should carry out the implementation of national tourism resources, combining the local regulation of the development, in order to achieve the sustainable development of tourism resources.
