Research On The Informatization Construction Of Party Building In State-owned Enterprises Under The Background Of "Internet +"

In recent years,it has become the main force to promote China's economic development and social progress with China's "Internet +" to the national strategic position,and all areas of society are actively trying to integrate with "Internet +".In the field of Party building,it is an inevitable requirement for Party building to adapt to the development of the times and upgrade the level by further using Internet thinking and means to promote the in-depth development of Party building informatization.Party organizations at the grassroots level are the foundation of the Communist Party of China,and The Party Construction of State-owned Enterprises is an Important Part of the Construction of Grassroots Party Organizations.So how to actively use information technology to build a new form of party building informatization in state-owned enterprises is an urgent problem that needs to be studied in depth development of party building informatization.Summarizing past experience,achievements and shortcomings in construction will help solve this problem.Yunnan Power Grid Co as an oversize state-owned enterprise has successively gained the title of "advanced units of Party building work of central enterprises in Yunnan" and "advanced units of Ideological and political work of central enterprises",and it was awarded the "advanced collective of democratic management work of Yunnan province's factory affairs" because of the outstanding achievements in Information Disclosure in 2010.All these achievements include the informatization of Party building,which can be regarded as a model for promoting party building in state-owned enterprises.On the basis of summarizing the construction work of Party building informatization in different stages of our country,combing out the domestic research results of Party building informatization and the understanding and application of informatization by foreign political parties,this paper makes a case study on the construction of Party Construction Informatization in Yunnan Electric Grid Company,this paper considers that it has developed over the past 20 years since the 1990 s.Party building informatization has achieved certain results in the variety of platforms,diversity of functional content,and refinement of management.The increasing emphasis placed by enterprises on Party building work from top to bottom has also provided a favorable atmosphere and substantial support for the further development of Party building informatization.However,in view of the future "Internet +" development requirements,it is still deficient in ideology,perfect information platform,data sharing,etc..,At the same time,there are problems such as lack of personnel and inadequate management mechanisms.The future needs to focus on strengthening or even rebuilding Internet awareness or thinking,integrating intersectoral resources to strengthen joint construction and sharing,and innovating platform models and strengthening the training of complex talents.
