Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Assessment Of Party Building In State-owned Enterprises In The New Era

Party building in state-owned enterprises is an important part of party building.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General secretary Xi Jinping has delivered important speeches on many occasions,which have raised new requirements for party building in state-owned enterprises.Adhere to the service production and operation;We must ensure that the leadership and role of party organizations in overseeing the selection and use of personnel by state-owned enterprises remain unchanged.We will continue to build and strengthen primary-level party organizations in state-owned enterprises.Facing the new requirements,the assessment of party building in state-owned enterprises has made great efforts to explore talent team building and assessment index systems,etc,with some results being achieved.However,problems such as insufficient attention,incomplete teams,insignificant scientificity,and unreasonable application of results are still prominent.The party building examination of state-owned enterprises did not give full play to the positive guiding role of the party building examination work.The reason is that it is not enough to grasp the theory of the important discussion on the party building of state-owned enterprises in Xi Jinping new era,and it is difficult to adapt to the new problems and new situations in the reform of state-owned enterprises in the new era.Through questionnaire survey,guided by Marx's party building theory,the paper analyzes the status quo of the assessment of party building in state-owned enterprises in China,and conducts the research focusing on the degree to which the assessment of party building in state-owned enterprises is valued,the building of talent teams,the scientificity of the assessment work program,the application of post-assessment results and rectification measures.The paper suggests that the party building assessment mechanism can be improved with the system construction as the guarantee,the building of the assessment team can be strengthened with the human capital as the guide,the form of party building assessment can be innovated with the technological development as the support,and the implementation of party building can be enforced with the effective implementation as the basis.The assessment of China's party building in state-owned enterprises should be unswervingly guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,adhering to the general requirements for party building in the new era,with reasonable position,gradual improvement,pioneering spirit and innovation,in order to cope with various challenges and difficulties that are constantly emerging with the spirit of advancing with the times,which will definitely create a new image and prospect for the assessment of party building of state-owned enterprises.
