Research On Government WeChat Communication Behavior Based On Habermas Communication Theory

WeChat public platform is a social media platform which can provide information and service to subscribers.Its strong relationship and information closed loop characteristics attract many individuals,enterprise registration.Government affairs WeChat public platform is registered by government,on which the government convey information and public services to the public.And the public choose to subscribe it,forming the interaction and communication between the administrative and public.Government affairs WeChat public platform is thrived.Is there a theoretical framework that can verify and improve the effectiveness of communication behavior between the government and the public and improve?The analysis framework of this article is based on the Habermas' theory of communicative action.After the analysis of the communication behavior on government WeChat affairs platform we found that the two links with each other both in practice and in the communicative action theory.Then turn the communicative behavior theory into operation index.Choosing "Shanghai" releases” and "Chengdu releases" as the examples and analyzing the communication behavior on the government affairs WeChat platform.Based on the analysis,some existing problems come out.That is: the lack of clear communication context between the communicator,the communicative consciousness between the speaker and hearer is not enough,communication discourse lacks of effective content construction framework,lack of free talking environment.In terms of the existing questions,we put forward some feasible measures.Set up a clear,independent interactive platform.Improve the response rate on government affairs WeChat platform.Establish effective content framework.Build autonomous ideal speech situation actively.
