On The Legal Status Of Government Lawyers

At present,the implementation of the government's public lawyer system in Xiamen,Guangzhou,Yangzhou and other places has formed a pilot model for public lawyers in accordance with China's actual practice,taking into account the achievements made in the initial stage of the comprehensive implementation of the government's public lawyer system in China.It was found that many problems were encountered in the implementation of the system,such as: overlapping regulatory functions in management,lack of uniform and efficient management models between departments,unclear legal status of government public lawyers,and lack of incentives and reward mechanisms.How to speed up the implementation of the government's public lawyer system,we must take the revision of relevant laws and regulations as the starting point,further improve the government's public lawyer organizations,continuously improve corresponding welfare benefits,and establish incentives and other measures.We will further strengthen the implementation of the government public lawyer system so that the government public lawyer system can be fully implemented in China.
