Therefore, to realize the function of lawyers in the public interest litigation, canceling the restrictions of lawyers in the plaintiff qualification, reforming responsibility in allocation proof aspect, guaranteeing legitimate rights in practice,Reforming the civil litigation costs are essential.In the social aspect, we should increase public opinions on supporting public interest, give lawyers corresponding reward, resolve the problem of basic economic, inspire the enthusiasm of engaging in public welfare activities.Of course,increasing the cultivation of professional lawyers is essential,enriching the quantity of public interest litigation lawyers.Finally,we can truly realize the lawyers' function in public interest litigation system.
