Social insurance fund is the lifeline of social insurance,fund security concerns the vital interests of the people.As the main body of social insurance system,our government should play a leading role in the supervision of social insurance fund.The government actively constructs the anti-fraud mechanism of social insurance,assumes and improves the responsibility of government supervision,and ensures the safe and efficient operation of the fund.It is the only way for China's social insurance system to achieve healthy and stable health.This paper takes the construction of the anti-fraud mechanism of urumqi social insurance as an example,and expounds the implementation and improvement Suggestions of local government responsibility in this area.The whole is divided into six parts,the first part elaborates the background and significance of the thesis topic,the current research status,the research content and the research method,the innovation and deficiency of the thesis.The second part mainly analyzes the related concepts and basic theories of the research,and lays the foundation for theoretical research.The third part elaborates and analyzes the lack of government responsibility and the main reasons for the construction of the anti-fraud mechanism of urumqi social insurance.The fourth part studies the experience of the foreign social insurance anti-fraud mechanism to construct the government responsibility,and learn from it.In the fifth part,the author puts forward Suggestions and basic ideas for the construction of the government responsibility of the anti-fraud mechanism of urumqi social insurance.The sixth part briefly summarizes the research topic.
