Research On The Legal Issues Of Consumer "blacklist"

At present,some public service industry operators have to consumers illegal dishonest ACTS,defaults,set up the "blacklist" system,mainly in the aviation,railway,bank,telecommunications and other industries,public services and the applicable scope of the "blacklist" system continues to expand,at the same time,consumers "blacklist" system in the process of implementation problems and disadvantages are also increasingly apparent.Along with the development of market economy,consumers "blacklist" system is more and more widely applied in various industries,due to the imperfect legislation,procedure is not standard,the operators of the public service industry consumer abuse "blacklist" problem is becoming more and more prominent,the legitimate rights and interests of consumers largely protected.How to better play the role of the "blacklist" system to prevent the abuse of the consumer "blacklist" system is the current need to focus on solving the problem.From the perspective of economic law,the author analyzes the typical cases in the implementation process of consumer "blacklist",and comprehensively considers the reality of China's consumer "blacklist" system.The author intends to conduct a simple theoretical study on the existing problems of consumer "blacklist" system,and puts forward corresponding Suggestions for improvement.
