Research On Several Issues Of The Crime Of Compulsory Indecency And Insult

Since the adoption of the current criminal law in,amendments to the criminal law have been adopted one after another.The purpose of amendments to the criminal law is to adapt the national legislation to the social development.It is on strengthening the protection of citizens' personal rights,responding to the frequent violations of the legitimate rights of women,children and the elderly in society,increasing the punishment of such cases,and expanding the scope of the establishment of crimes.The most typical is Article 13 of the Criminal Law Amendment(9),which changed the original crime of compulsory indecency and insult to compulsory indecency and insult,expanded the target of crime,and included male subjects in the target of crime.This amendment not only represents the development and progress of Chinese criminal law,but also highlights the principle of equality.Although the equal protection of men's sexual rights and women's sexual rights makes up for the lack of protection of men's sexual rights in criminal law in the past,there are still many problems in the understanding of the provisions,such as how to identify compulsory acts.
