Research On Government Information Disclosure In The Context Of Big Data

Since the first year of big data in 2013,the rapid development of big data has not only penetrated into the public life,but also has an important impact on the social governance system and governance structure.Especially in the aspect of government information disclosure,big data has brought a series of opportunities and challenges,and promoted the transformation of government information disclosure in the new era.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC that power should operate in the sunshine,which provided an important guideline for government information disclosure.How to realize government information disclosure under big data has also become an important subject to strengthen power supervision and restriction.This paper mainly studies the government information disclosure under the big data,using literature research,empirical research,comparative analysis and other ways to analyze the theory,current situation and problems of government information disclosure under the background of big data,and on this basis,puts forward some suggestions to improve the efficiency of government information disclosure by using big data.Firstly,the concept and principle of government information disclosure are analyzed,the theoretical background of promoting government information disclosure relying on big data is sorted out,and the relationship between big data and government information disclosure is analyzed.On this basis,the current situation of government information disclosure under big data is empirically studied,the development of government information disclosure in China is retrospected,and the legislative realization of government information disclosure in China is sorted out.Based on the analysis of the current situation,this paper sorts out the problems existing in government information disclosure under big data,such as imperfect legislation,low degree of government information disclosure and weak ability of government to make use of big data.In view of the existing problems,this paper proposes to improve government information disclosure under big data.Suggestions on the effectiveness of government information disclosure are mainly to improve the legislation of government information disclosure,improve the working mechanism of government information disclosure,and improve the ability of government to use big data for information disclosure.Through these feasible suggestions,we try to improve the level of government information disclosure,and promote the improvement of national governance ability and the protection of citizens' right to know.
