An Empirical Study On Violations Of Information Disclosure By Listed Companies In My Country

With the vigorous development of the international economic environment,China's reform and opening up has gradually deepened,and the capital market has also ushered in a development and prosperity.However,economic development is a double-edged sword,bringing light to the development of social and economic reform,but also bringing many problems to society.In recent years,with the increasing number of Listed Companies in China,the defects of the relevant legal system and the problem of weak supervision have become increasingly prominent.Improving the supervision of listed companies by the state has become an important demand of the modern economic market.In the supervision of listed companies,the system construction of information disclosure system is the most important.Because,whether investors or the relevant national regulatory authorities want to know the basic situation and operation status of a listed company,mainly through the information disclosure of the listed company to obtain relevant information.However,in reality,information disclosure violations of Listed Companies in China are normal.In view of this situation,this paper will take improving the status quo of information disclosure violations as the research objective,take all the cases of information disclosure violations of Listed Companies in Beijing Reese RESSET database from January 1,2013 to December 31,2017 as the research sample,take empirical research as the main research method,and explore the information of listed companies in China through systematic analysis of relevant samples.The characteristics of disclosure irregularities and the effects of relevant institutions are discussed,and then the effective solutions to improve the irregularities of information disclosure of Listed Companies in China are summarized.
