Research On The Application Of Party School Informatization Based On SERVQUAL Model

The application of information technology in Party school is an important means to improve the level of teaching and scientific research,realize the modernization of education,and is an inevitable requirement for the development of cadre education.This paper studies the application of information technology in Party schools from the perspective of SERVQUAL service evaluation model,which is different from the study from technology or management.Instead,it focuses on the evaluation of service quality by user.Firstly the author briefly describes the achievements and experiences of the X Party Institute of CPC in informationize construction in recent years.Thenthe authordesigns and issue questionnaires by uses SERVQUAL service evaluation model as an analytical tool in order to present the customer's assessmentof informationization serviceof the X Party Institute of CPC.Questionnaires survey the five dimensions of Tangibles,Ease of use,Reliability,Responsiveness and Empathy.The questionnaire shows that the users are elder and well educated,but the information technology applications are not frequently used.According to the model,the author made further calculation and analysis of the questionnaire data.The results show that the users are not satisfied,especially in the aspects of Ease of use and Reliability.Users' actual experience is much lower than expected.Moreover,compared with teachers and administrators,students' satisfaction with informationization is lower.Furthermore,the correlation analysis showed that the four dimensions of Ease of use,Reliability,Responsiveness and Empathy are the important factors affecting the informationization service of Party school.Therefore,in connection with the actual situation of X Party School,the author analyzedthe problems and theircauses of the application of information technology in the above four aspects,and puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions: Party school should further enhance information application service qualitythrough "integrating application platform,enriching online learning,paying attention to user needs,and ensuring information security".
