Research On The Protection Of The Author's Copyright In The Work Of A Post

For a long time,our country has attached great importance to copyright protection of creative people in job works.There are relevant provisions in the Copyright Law and the Regulations on Computer Software Protection.However,in the practice of work,there are also vague definitions and unclear distinctions between job works and corporate works,commissioned works,and cooperative works.When the interests of units and creators are out of balance,most creators are in a vulnerable position.Contradictions and problems such as insufficient protection of our own interests.The theoretical circles also have a long history of debate on the copyright issue of job works.Based on the analysis of the historical context and constituent elements of copyright protection of job works in China,the author compares the relationship between job works and other types of works,and draws lessons from the experience of civil law system and Anglo-American law system in protecting copyright of job works.Objective to summarize the institutional defects of current laws and regulations on the protection of creators in our country,and put forward the principles and feasible suggestions of copyright protection for creators of job works suitable for the National conditions of our country,so as to perfect the socialist legal system and promote the continuous improvement of the theory of copyright law.
