With the development of science and technology,public security organs pay more and more attention to the use of high and new technology to crack cases,but footprint testing technology as a "older generation" criminal investigation means still plays an important role in case cracking.As one of the human body's DNA,footprints can clearly specify some characteristics of suspects for public security organs,and play an important role in narrowing the scope of suspects for public security organs.In the past,footprint inspection was mostly carried out on-site by traditional manual methods.But with the development of computer technology,computer technology and footprint inspection should be combined to make full use of the advantages of computer in image processing,automatic operation and automatic analysis of relevant special diagnosis parameters.Therefore,how to fully apply computer technology to footprint analysis has important experimental significance.In this thesis,the stereo footprint and traveling footprint in footprint are taken as the research objects.Firstly,the types,concepts,formation,classification and how to extract footprints are introduced.Then the quantitative inspection methods of stereo footprint and traveling footprint are studied,such as U test,membership test and other traditional methods to analyze the characteristics of traveling footprint.This paper also introduces the use of three-dimensional footprint and the key feature points of traveling footprint to obtain relevant evidence in case investigation and narrow the scope of criminal suspects.At the same time,according to the same characteristics of the stereo footprint and the traveling footprint,the relevant inspection systems for extracting and analyzing the stereo footprint and the traveling footprint are designed respectively.In this thesis,a set of tools for scanning and analyzing stereo footprints and traveling footprints is developed by combining relevant equipment with computer-related systems and stereo laser scanning technology.The purpose is to realize the automation of footprint analysis.Finally,the feasibility of the system is verified by experiments.
