Research On Female Crimes In Rizhao City From The Perspective Of Women's Rights Protection

With the rapid development and progress of economy and society,women's status in the whole society and family has been continuously improved,and they have played a more and more important role in all aspects.This fully illustrates that women's rights and interests have been greatly improved in recent years.However,another problem that can not be ignored has also emerged.Women's crime shows a rising trend,to a large extent.Female crime is an important yardstick to measure the degree of social civilization.The author has worked in the detention center of Rizhao City for more than three years,and has the opportunity to contact female suspects in the whole city.By studying the relevant data of female suspects detained in recent years,and collecting the relevant data through interviews and questionnaires,the author will take more than 1500 female suspects detained from 2010 to 2017 as the investigation samples to investigate the current situation of female crime in Rizhao City.Presented,and analyzed the deep-seated causes,combined with the actual situation of Rizhao,from the perspective of the protection of women's rights and interests,put forward the corresponding countermeasures to prevent women's crime,this paper is divided into four parts to study the problem of female crime in Rizhao City:The first part is the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts.This part mainly elaborates the concepts and connotations of female crime and women's rights and interests,and expounds the theoretical basis used in this paper.The second part is the results and analysis of the investigation of female crime in Rizhao City.Based on the statistical analysis of the basic situation of female criminal suspects detained in Rizhao detention center from 2010 to 2017,the characteristics of female crime in Rizhao City are analyzed in terms of the total number of female crimes,the educational level of the criminal subject,the age of the crime,the identity of the criminal suspect and the type of crime.The third part is the analysis of the causes of female crime in Rizhao City.This part mainly based on the above analysis,combined with the actual situation of Rizhao City,from the macro-social factors,micro-social factors and personal factors to analyze the main causes of female crime in Rizhao City.The fourth part is the countermeasure to prevent female crime in Rizhao.According to the reasons of the previous analysis,starting with the protection of women's rights and interests,the countermeasures to prevent female crimes in Rizhao City are put forward.
