An Analysis To Causes Of Female Crime And Some Counterplans

:The increasing of female crime rate in the recent years has slowly become a popular subject. The women criminals in G province are selected to be researched statistically, which is revealing some characteristics of female crime over the years. We talked to four different kinds of criminals, classified by her crimes, respectively property, violence, lust and drug, whose ratio is4:3:1:4, totally60people. We could find out the causes to those four kinds of crime at the basis of the interviews, including:the shortage of relevant systems and social policy, physiological effects from women themselves, women’s negative psychological factors and the influence from her family and around social environment. Therefore, we shall put forward to some prevention measures against crime at the aspects of system, physiology,mentality and environment. Firstly,we shall perfect the system and law,establishing and improving the social mechanism, completing the relevant laws,raising the cost of crime,strengthening the management and protection of female floating population and carrying out resettlement and education for rehabilitation personnel. Secondly,In improving the social management, strengthen the management and protection of women migrants, placement assistance and education to implement the released prisoners. Thirdly,the government shall organize or offer humanized service to those in adolescence, perinatal,menopause and other special physiological period. Fourthly, psychological prevention. Mental health care should be popular among people by special female aid agencies which are planned to build. Fifthly,environment optimization. Positive publicity is supposed to be increased in female growth environment, which could develop active public guidance and draw attention to the school education, family prevention study and community neighborhood maintenance.As a whole,the analysis is committed to the education-reform and female crime prevention.
