Research On The Security Of Labor Rights And Interests Of Secondary Vocational Students In Summer Jobs

After 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has made considerable progress,while the degree of integration with the world economy is deepening.The profound changes in the economic situation at home and abroad will inevitably affect the employment field related to the national economy and people's livelihood.It has become an indisputable fact that the employment situation of university graduates is becoming increasingly severe.Due to the limitation of academic qualifications,the employment pressure of secondary vocational school graduates is particularly prominent.Therefore,summer work has become an important way for secondary vocational students to exercise their personal abilities and improve their practical work experience.More and more secondary vocational students participate in the summer work team.There are many safety problems behind the increasing summer work heat.Due to the imperfect legislation,chaotic summer work market,inadequate government supervision,inadequate attention and guidance from schools,and the lack of awareness of rights protection and law among secondary vocational students,it is common for secondary vocational students to be infringed on their rights and interests in the process of summer work.A new type of social vulnerable groups.Although there are many studies on the protection of labor rights and interests in China,there are few studies on the protection of labor rights and interests of secondary vocational students in summer work.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to analyze the reasons for the infringement of vocational school students' rights and interests in summer work,and put forward countermeasures,in order to provide help for the protection of vocational school students' rights and interests in summer work.This article is divided into four parts.The first part elaborates the background and significance of the topic,introduces the research content and research methods,and summarizes the concept and characteristics of summer work for vocational school students,laying the theoretical premise for the study.The second part analyses the legal nature and legal status of summer work of secondary vocational students,combs the differences between summer work of secondary vocational students and work-study and practice,and analyses the definition of summer work students' identity and the theory of legal status.The third part summarizes the problems existing in the current summer work of secondary vocational students,and analyses the causes of theinfringement.The main reason is that the laws and regulations to protect the summer labor rights and interests of secondary vocational school students are still imperfect,their awareness of self-protection is not strong,and their legal literacy is low.Schools do not pay enough attention to the protection of summer workers' rights and interests,and government departments lack the supervision of secondary vocational school students' summer jobs.The fourth part,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the protection of vocational school students' summer work rights and interests.It is suggested to improve the laws and regulations on the protection of students' labor rights and interests in secondary vocational schools,establish and improve the judicial assistance system,strengthen the education of safety awareness and rights protection awareness in secondary vocational schools,strengthen the guidance of summer work rights protection in secondary vocational schools,give full play to the supervisory role of the government and all sectors of society,and ultimately achieve the goal of further improving the protection of students' summer work rights and interests in secondary vocational schools.
