In recent years, as our society saw rapid reforms and the socialist market economy boomed rapidly, employers requires increasing numbers of college students with internships or for part-time jobs and the market of internships and part-time jobs is broad. With a series of changes including the enrollment expansion of higher education, college students are facing severer employment situation. With more choices, employers tend to hire graduating students with intern experience, especially those with intern or part-time experience in related-fields. In reciprocal, in order to make a plan of personal development and lay a foundation for later successful employment, college students go out from campuses and attend social intern and part-time activities. This has become a common phenomenon in colleges and also the focus of requirements of students and employers. We even can see that many universities hold bilateral selection meeting of interns to construct platforms of internships and part-time jobs, which can reveal the significance of internships and part-time jobs for college students as well as the universalities' and employers' requirements.However, this employment pattern of rapid employment has not get the progress of legislation and the useful protection of law, which has done harm to the interests of college students in the process. Meanwhile,the interests is very hard to protect and the cost is high, affecting the participating enthusiasm of college students and damaging their interests and rights. But due to the imperfection of labor laws and rules, as well as different views of law application in judicial fields and academic fields,there are many judicial verdicts with familiar reasons but different law applications and results. As a post-graduate students and part-time counselor of college, I has a deep understanding toward this problem.Meanwhile I have a director understanding for this problem with a large amount of research communities. With the analysis of time background and social requirements of internships and part-time jobs, this paper makes a conclusion that this community should apply in our labor law,based on the application of law and the development of our nation. In the end, I conclude and extract the construction of interests and rights protection system to make a long-term guarantee for college students'interests, as well as to improve our law and rules and facilitate the healthy and well-organized development of our society.
