The Copyright Protection Of Artificial Intelligence

The English translation of artificial intelligence is man-made wisdom,which refers to the use of computers instead of humans for the creation of humanoid thinking,high-tech technology used to simulate and expand human intelligence.Nowadays,science and technology are developing rapidly,and computer technology is also entering the fast lane of development.At this time,computers are not only tools to assist people to work,people begin to discuss whether humans can do things with artificial machines.So people try to give the computer a new function,let it get involved in the wisdom field of the natural person,then artificial intelligence came into being.Artificial intelligence has learned to create music,learn to write press releases,and sing poetry like humans.Its level is gradually equal to that of human creations,making it difficult to distinguish.However,the legal problems brought about by the advancement of science and technology have gradually attracted people’s attention.Can artificial intelligence creations be applied to the Copyright Law as well as natural human creations? This paper will analyze the attributes of artificial intelligence creations to determine whether they belong to the works and the ownership of rights,and make bold assumptions about the legislative shortcomings,try to set up a new system to deal with the artificial intelligence creations brought to the legal field challenge.
