| The continuous deepening of China's reform and opening up and the promotion of the “Go globally ”strategy have provided a broad space for overseas investment.The implementation of “The Belt and Road” in 2013 has promoted the rapid development of overseas investment,and correspondingly.The geopolitical relations and geo-economic relations between the countries and regions along “The Belt and Road” are the most complicated,and there are also great differences in history and culture.For a long time,there have been serious religious and ethnic conflicts and experienced countries.The turmoil in the regional situation has led to unprecedented political risks and challenges for China's overseas investment in “The Belt and Road”.The most important means of promoting investment development and reducing investment risks in modern international is legal means.Therefore,accelerating the improvement of the legal protection mechanism for overseas investment has become a top priority.At present,China's current approach to protecting overseas investment is based on the overseas investment insurance system and bilateral investment treaties signed with other countries.This paper combines “The Belt and Road” with the analysis of the current legal protection mechanism for overseas Chinese investment.The investment risk assessment of countries along the route,in response to the shortcomings of the legal protection mechanism,put forward the countermeasures for the political risk of overseas investment,and made corresponding suggestions on the improvement of the legal protection mechanism of overseas investment from the domestic and foreign perspectives.The investment security and interests of overseas investors in China. |
