Research On Civil Electronic Litigation System

With the rapid development of the network technology,the emergence of high-tech such as big data technology,block chain techonlogy and artificial intelligence declares the era of intelligence and information has come.As an important legal procedure for regulating social relations,civil litigation should conform to this trend and respond positively.The application of electronic telenology in civil litigation is a new way of litigation,that is,civil electronic litigation.Its emergence has set off a worldwide wave of judicial reform.The electronic reform of civil litigation in China is also underway.However,compared with the increasingly perfect civil electronic litigation system in developed countries under the rule of law,there are still some problems in our country,such as imperfect legislations,irregular judicial practice,and inadequate supporting facilities.In view of the above problems,the article uses comparative analysis,value analysis,empirical analysis and summarization methods.By drawing on foreign development experience and based on the development status of China,the paper proposes the guiding ideology of civil electronic litigation legsilation in China,and builds coverage,delivery,evidence collection,The general idea of the civil electronic litigation system of trials and other litigation procedures.The article further proposes specific recommendations for standardizing electronic litigation judicial practice activities,improving electronic litigation techniques,and improving electronic litigation facilities.
