Since the 1990 s,the world has entered the information society represented by the Internet,and the Internet industry has developed rapidly.In the past ten years,with the breakthrough of smart phones,people can get access to the Internet more conveniently.Nowadays we have entered the era of big data.Now,there are nearly one billion Internet users in China.On the one hand,people can enjoy more convenient services through the network,which shortens the distance to the world.They can understand the world without leaving home,buy goods manufactured thousands of kilometers away,learn knowledge through video calls,talk about business,and even see a doctor remotely.On the other hand,the disclosure of personal information is ubiquitous,government agencies,network companies,individuals,hackers can obtain our personal information through various legal or illegal approaches.In this context,strengthening the protection of personal information under administrative law has become increasingly important.In the first part,this paper discusses the concept and characteristics of personal information,as well as the concept and characteristics of big data.The second chapter introduces the present situation and existing problems of personal information protection by administrative law in China.Chapter three mainly discusses the protection system of the administrative law on personal information in foreign countries.This paper introduces the protection of personal information in the United States,Germany and Japan,compares and analyzes their different legislative models,measures taken to protect personal information,and learns from the experience of other countries in the protection of personal information,so as to obtain some beneficial enlightenment for China.The last chapter puts forward some Suggestions to improve the protection of personal information in China.
