Administrative organs, public service institutions and the private sector, while enioying the conveniences and benefits of informationization, also brings the loss and malicious use of personal information, etc. Due to lag of legal protection of personal information in our country, this phenomenon have an intensified trend, therefore, the legislation of personal information protection becomes more and more important. This artical deals with this problem on the base of the concept of personal information, analysis the plight of the legal protection of it and how to build the idea.This article is divided into introduction, text and epilogue.
