Implementation Evaluation And Improvement Suggestions Of The Anti-Domestic Violence Law

The application of Anti-domestic Violence Law of the People's Republic of China is the product of the awakening of women's self-protection consciousness and also the sign of the imporved women's social status in China.However,there are many problems to be solved during the application of the law.After studying 136 cases happening around the day of the application of law,we think,the problems of the application of the law includes:(1)Domestic violence's meaning is in chaos.(2)The mandatory responsibility reporting system is vague and imprecise.(3)The habeas corpus is not full enough.(4)There are no standards on the proof of domestic violence and the responsibility of burden of proof.Finally,Providing legislative advice for the above problem.
